Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.What you bought

The one-time $79 reserves your namespace and unlocks shadow-mode testing today. It is credited against your first subscription invoice at general availability. Nothing is bound and no authority is enforced in shadow mode, so a reservation is fully reversible until you choose to charter.

2.Full refund before you charter

You may request a full refund of the $79 at any time before you sign the genesis charter for your namespace at general availability. There is no window to beat and no fee to cancel. When you refund, your namespace reservation is released and the name returns to the pool.

3.If we do not reach general availability

If Barycenters does not bring the paid service to general availability, or discontinues the Founding program before you can charter, your $79 is refunded in full, automatically where we can and on request otherwise.

4.After you charter

Once you sign your genesis charter at general availability, your $79 has been applied as a credit to your subscription and your namespace is live under your own authority. From that point, ordinary subscription terms apply: you can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already applied or billed for a completed period are not pro-rated back unless required by law.

5.How to request a refund or cancel

Email legal@barycenters.ai from the address on your reservation, or reply to your receipt. We process approved refunds to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within a few business days; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
